Sea Isle City Rental Update ~ Landis Co Realtors

Hello from Sea Isle City -  Saturday, July 7th, 11:30.   Bumper to bumper traffice going home and in another hour or so, it will be bumper to bumper coming in.  Rental check in time is 2:00 and by then we have a hundred cars waiting to check in.  We start ours 30-45 minutes earlier toget a jump on the traffice.....works for us.   Keep in mind when you arrive at your rental property that the air conditioners will only cool within 20 degrees  of the exterior temp.   So, if it 95 ourside, do not expect to get the house cooler than 75.  AND do not set the thermostat more than 20 degrees lower than the outside temp....it will freeze the compressor and then mucho problemo.
