Sea Isle City - December 20, 2012, Property owners who sustained material damage  to structures subject to real property assessment may qualify for a reduction in  assessment pursuant to NJSA 54:4-35.1. Owners must fill out a Material Damage from  Storm Assessment Review form, which is available on the official Sea Isle City website  (via the "City Departments/Downloadable Forms/Tax Assessor Documents" tabs) or  in person from the Tax Assessor’s Office, located at 4501 Park Road (inside the  former Sea Isle City Public School). The Assessor’s Office may also be reached by  phone at (609) 263-4461 ext. 1228.bThe completed form must be returned to the  Assessor’s Office by January 9, 2013.
